I have over fifteen years of experience working in the field of Mental Health. During this time, I have worked with individuals experiencing different challenges in their lives, ranging from daily challenges to extremely complex ones. I have had the privilege to guide and support them to achieve their goals and overcome the fears that were holding them back.

The time is now

We all have dreams about what we would like to achieve but sometimes there can be something holding us back. It is hard to understand the barriers that are stopping us from following our plans and putting our ideas into action.

We often think that it is selfish if we concentrate on ourselves, however, if we don’t, there is no possibility that we can establish healthy relationships and reach our genuine goals. Because we all deserve to find happiness and feel accomplished in the way that is important to ourselves it is necessary that you put yourself as the first priority.

What is coaching?

Coaching is for people who are looking for a change and personal growth through working in the how to accomplish your goals (know-how). It is an ongoing process that involves the development of the personal skills you need by utilising individual techniques tailored to each person, assessing the starting point, exploring options and evaluating the person’s ability to reach their goals. This method demands commitment from all the parties involved.
